To add accounts to your project, submit a spreadsheet for вЂњbulkвЂќ additions, or add individual accounts using the NIH External account web page.

An email will be received by the вЂњProject OwnersвЂќ that you assigned in the SLA, verifying that the project has been set up and made ready to accept users.

There is no charge for an NIH External Account, however a Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be signed with the CIT Integrated Service Center (ISC) and a project must be set up to hold the accounts requested by a sponsor. Sponsors for external collaborators request вЂњprojectsвЂќ via the Web and then IC project owners work with CIT to provide an account with specific permissions and tracking of service usage. The NIH External Directory Service allows non-NIH users to have secure and authenticated access to NIH data.

iii) Login with your OpenID account username and password.

i) Select вЂњSocial Login/OpenIDвЂќ from the drop-down menu.

iii) Login with your institutionвЂ™s username and password.

i) Select вЂњResearch OrganizationsвЂќ from the drop-down menu.

ii) Log in using your eRA Commons username and password.

iii)ДџDA Users: You will need to login using your PIV card.
